 NAPDA CORPORATE SPONSORSHIP TIERS

 NAPDA sponsorship packages are tailored to a specific sponsor. The needs of each sponsor are the foremost consideration when developing the sponsorship package at a specific sponsorship tier. The number of sponsorships for each tier is clearly indicated. Each sponsorship package tier is designed to reflect the value received for the sponsorship dollars requested.
Example:  Based on a $50,000 program

Title Sponsorship $40,000

A Title sponsorship requires a minimum of 80% of the program cost. A Title sponsorship can be more than 80% of the total cost. In this example, the Title sponsorship might be for the entire $50,000.  Benefits include all of those below.
  • Recognition as a Title sponsor of the program (1 available)
  • Recognition on the Web site as a Title Sponsor with a link to the sponsor’s Web site
  • Recognition in the event program, signage and press releases
  • Specific target marketing to program attendees/spectators for/from the Title Sponsor
  • A back page presence on program printed materials
  • Recognition during the opening and closing remarks at the program
  • 20 VIP all-access passes, providing access to all areas of the program events
  • Twenty (50) program tickets

 Presenting Sponsorship $20,000

(2 available) Must be at least 40% of the program.
  •  Recognition as a presenting sponsor of the program
  • Recognition on the  Web site as a Presenting Sponsor with a link to the sponsor’s Web site
  • Recognition in the event  program, signage and press releases
  • A back page presence on program printed materials
  • Recognition during the opening and closing remarks at the program
  • 12 VIP all-access passes, providing access to all areas of the program events
  • Twenty (20) program tickets

Platinum Sponsorship (or Associate Sponsor) $10,000

 (3 available)  Must be at least 20% of the program.
  • Recognition on the Web site as a platinum sponsor with a link to the sponsor ‘s Web site
  • Recognition in the program, signage and press releases
  • Recognition during the opening and closing remarks of the program
  • 6 VIP all-access passes providing access to all areas of the program events
  • Ten (10) program tickets

Gold Sponsorship (or Site Sponsor) $5,000

(5 available)  Must be at least 10% of the program.
  • Recognition on the Web site as a gold sponsor with a link to the sponsor’s Web site
  • Recognition in the program, signage and press releases
  • Recognition during the opening and closing remarks of the program
  • Three (3) 3 VIP all-access passes providing access to all areas of the program events
  • Five (5) 5 program tickets

 Silver Sponsorship (or Event Sponsor) $2,500

 (10 available)  Must be at least 5% of the program.
  • Recognition on the Web site as a silver sponsor
  • Recognition during the opening and closing remarks of the program
  • One (1) VIP all-access pass providing access to all areas of the program events
  • Two (2) program tickets

Additional Corporate Sponsorship Opportunities

Other sponsorship areas of consideration may be available depending on the needs of the sponsor and the level of sponsorship purchased by the sponsor.
– Evening receptions $4,000 (2 available) 

– VIP dinner $2,000 (1 available)

– In-kind items for swag bags and guest bags

– Round-trip complimentary airfare* (10  domestic, 2 international)

– Complimentary hotel accommodations (10 rooms, each for two or three nights)

– In-kind printing of conference materials
